Reindeer Dash

The Reindeer Dash is on & you won't "Believe" the fun we are having! Here is a picture of the free quilt pattern we are handing out. There will be kits, while supplies last. We are open until 6PM on Friday and 9AM to 6 PM on Saturday, October 7th. Each store is handing out a free fat quarter from the fabric line featured in our quilt & a free pattern. We hope to see you!

The Brighton Quilt

Brighton Collectibles in the Tyler Mall, Riverside, CA will be raffling off this quilt from now until October 31st. The tickets are only $1.00 and the money will go directly to The Pink Ribbon Place. We hope you will support this great cause. The Pink Ribbon Place provides services for women in need, by providing education, financial resources, health services and more. Remember that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Classes, Reindeer Dash, Holiday Workshop, & more...

Fall has arrived! Pamala is teaching the Stella Pumpkin doll this Saturday, October 1st. What a perfect way to start the month off! We have one or two spaces left. Call the shop to sign up.

Join us for our HOLIDAY WORKSHOP! November 7th-November 12th. Come in during that week and work on fun gifts for your friends and family. We will have lots of kits to choose from, in ALL price ranges. We will also be offering two evenings during that week to come in and work. The cost is $10.00, plus the purchase of a kit. The price covers the whole week, so you can come in as many times as you like during the week. Some of the samples will be on view during the Reindeer Dash!

The Reindeer Dash kicks off on Thursday, October 6th! Visit all the participating stores and receive a free fat quarter from each, plus a free pattern. This year we are handing out fat quarters from the  Christmas line by Maywood Studios named Fresh Fallen Snow. Lots of cute prints! You have from Thursday the 6th through Saturday the 8th, to visit all stores.

October is breast cancer awareness month! We are donating a quilt to the Brighton Collectibles store in the Tyler Mall, Riverside, CA. This is our 3rd year and it has been a huge success. Brighton will raffle off the quilt, and all proceeds will benefit The Pink Ribbon Place, an agency that provides education, financial aid for treatments, support and more, to women in the Inland Empire, who are in need. The event begins at 6PM, September 30th at the Brighton store. Stop by and purchase a ticket. See our blog tomorrow for a preview picture of the quilt.

Raining Cats & Dogs - Afraid of applique? This sample was done all by machine. Erin Dillon will be offering workshops to help you complete the entire quilt using your sewing machine. Call or come in for details. 

Courage

It's Class Time...

Summer is winding down, the kids are going back to school, what a great time to take a class... We have a full schedule, including a new class offering - Learn how to use EQ7 (Electric Quilt Software). This software allows you to design your own quilt blocks, quilt layouts and SO much more! The first session is for beginners. There is also a trial version available for those students who want to take the class and try out the software before buying it. Come in or call for more information.
